1、 Product overview
FqB submersible floating aerator is an installation form in which the original nqxb submersible aerator (motor is submersible motor) is positioned at the bottom of the tank by its own weight, but is suspended in the water by floating rings with double air inlet pipes. During the installation and maintenance of the nqxb aerator, if there is water in the sewage tank, the personnel can not go down to the tank for operation. It is necessary to extend the crane into the tank for hoisting or transport after draining the water in the tank. Moreover, this installation form must be supported by a hard foundation or platform. In addition to working in the aeration tank, the improved fqB aerator is also suitable for working in soft foundation environments such as oxidation ponds, fish ponds, Landscape Lakes, sewage channels and rivers, Therefore, the improved fqB makes installation more convenient, time-saving and labor-saving, and expands the application range of submersible aeration.
2、 Working principle
On the basis of the original nqxb, fqB changed the unilateral air intake into bilateral air intake or central air intake, and added a floating ring (made of stainless steel or FRP) on the upper part of the air intake pipe. The floating ring, air inlet pipe and aerator are connected as a whole. As shown in the figure, the floating ring depends on the buoyancy of water to suspend the aerator in the water. The floating ring is pulled by three wire ropes, and the other end of the wire rope is fixed at the edge of the pond, or three anchor points are set in the pond. During installation, the aerator and the floating ring shall be put into the water as a whole, and dragged to the predetermined area with wire ropes. Then, the other ends of the three wire ropes shall be fixed at the pond side in three different directions. The pond with large water surface can be set with three anchor points for positioning. During maintenance, it is only necessary to untie the steel wire rope fixed at the edge of the pool, pull the equipment back to the edge of the pool and lift it out of the water.
The upper end of the intake pipe is an air intake, which is located above the water surface, and the lower end is connected with the mixing chamber. After the power is turned on, due to the rotation of the impeller, the high-speed water flows out from the impeller outlet, forming a negative pressure through the mixing chamber, so that air is sucked in and mixed with sewage, and the mixed liquid flows out from the outlet to complete the oxygenation of sewage.

4、 Technical features
Qfb submersible floating aerator is composed of float, concealed rotating support, submersible motor, mixing chamber, base, intake pipe and silencer. It is identical with nqxb submersible centrifugal aerator in structure, performance parameters and overall dimensions. Model selection shall be determined according to nqxb series
5、 Main technical parameters
It is not allowed to move the aerator by cable when lifting, hanging or carrying it. It can be hooked on the handle or the lifting ring of the upper cover with a chain.
Check the rotation direction of the impeller before the initial startup. If the rotation direction is incorrect, the efficiency will be reduced and the motor will be damaged. Do not move the aerator without disconnecting the power supply.
